The location was very convenient as it was close to the bus and metro stations. the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was also quite spacious and comfortable, with a good view from the window.
I found the bathroom to be a bit unsafe as the shower box was not secure and the water pressure was low. I didn't have a great experience at this hotel and would not recommend it.

this time in izmir was even better than last! bulvar really impressed me with their friendly staff, spacious rooms, and great location near transportation. the view from my high floor room was stunning. i couldn't ask for more!

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect - it was in the heart of the city, so I could easily access public transportation to get around the city. Additionally, the hotel's facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I especially appreciated their help in getting a room with a stunning view of the city.
For me, this hotel was ideal.

Great location near public transportation stops and city center. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and come with smoking areas for smokers.
Bathrooms could be improved with better shower partitions and curtains to avoid water from going everywhere. Bed could smell a bit odd.

The breakfast is unsatisfactory, with some aspects in the vegetables not quite clean. the hotel offers a smoking area, which is a plus for smokers.
